Dragunity makes it easy to equip monsters, and when combined with Doux and Levatein, which originally have high RBI, it can easily become a high RBI. With 3 Strak boxes, if he was going to build a deck, he would have won by equipping Levatein with Brandystock and hitting him, so the effect of being able to forcibly equip Brandystock isn't bad either. Actually, in that 3-strak box, he wasn't a bad card to build a deck with.

This card itself is almost useless to search, and there is also a card that can be equipped directly from the Deck, such as a Union Carrier that can be used with two monsters.
