Mantis's version of catching his Special Summon also has 18 RBIs, which is a little higher than that one.

You can destroy that monster during the opponent's Special Summon, but since it requires his Naturia in a field other than your own as a cost, the current result is too heavy for the return, including the identification of the mast.
