As the name suggests, ugly illustrations are impressive. Worm generally does.
And the effect is severe. Tribute Summon is a fairly limited effect, but if it's just sending salt to the opponent, it has an effect like some kind of Royal Knight.
In the same category, it works well with Prince, and although there are various ways to use it, it is highly dependent on combos. Hard to say.
