Sending it in and breaking your own card is quite an interesting combo. You can also evaluate ATK 1000 and ATK that makes it easy to suppress damage when hitting.
However, if it is [Worm], the usability is not much different from Apo, and even if it is set, it is often broken by effect destruction. Adopting a card that strengthens the defense and forces a battle will increase the accident rate, and if you go that far, it seems that it is easier to see the winning path if you simply team up with Aztec. It's good to consider this score when adopting it as Worm.
