《Genex Ally Birdman》can do the same thing, and the status after enhancement is higher.
If you're going to use this, I'd like to find a way to use it that doesn't exist over there in terms of race and attributes.
It can be used as a link material for 《Dragunity Knight - Romulus》, or you can Xyz Summon 《Lightning Chidori》together with a monster recruited with 《Divine Wind of Mist Valley》for WIND.
Alternatively, it can be used in combination with 《Genex Ally Birdman》, and can easily be saved to trigger 《Divine Wind of Mist Valley》through the bounce of this card over there.
