However, "Raijinki" isn't a card that can be used that much in his normal deck, so it's undeniable that it's a card that doesn't have much of a presence at the moment.

Since he is the only WIND Spellcaster Normal Monster and has the name of Mist Valley, he can take tactics that are unique to this card.
Since it is a Normal Monster in Mist Valley, it can be used as a material for Raishinki by predicting GUY. As a Spellcaster, you also have access to Arcanite Magicians at the same level.
If you call it with a rabbit, you can target 《Lightning Chidori》or trapeze magician.
I can't help but feel like I have other useful materials other than Raijinki, but it's not like it's a card without personality.
