Comprehensive evaluation: Use it as a wall by itself, or connect it to 《Ultimate Great Insect》.
If 《Petit Moth》exists, it becomes an equipment card, and can be evolved with 《Cocoon of Ultra Evolution》.
Special Summon in the regular procedure of 《Perfectly Ultimate Great Moth》has little merit for the time and effort, so there is no need to do it.
However, if you use it as an equipment card, you can use it with other cards, so it would be better to use it alone as a wall monster with a defense power of 2000 corresponding to 《Debris Dragon》.
His Insects such as 《Digital Bug Cocoondenser》and 《Krawler Spine》with the same conditions exist, so the priority is low.
Later, "Ultimate Great Insect" appeared, and when "Petit Moth" equipped with this card was released, it became possible to connect immediately, but the practicality is subtle.

A key to evolve 《Petit Moth》. It was a monster that could be equipped from the hand, which was rare at the time, and since it was an insect, he could be said to be the ancestor of Inzektor.
As for practicality, it takes at least 4 turns to bring out various evolved forms, and it's not uncommon for removal to be rampant and the game to be won in a single turn, which is an unreasonable game level condition in this day and age. And what you can put out is a moth with gag-level performance, and it has a uselessly high defensive power and can easily function as a wall, so if you're not good at it, the cocoon state is more useful.
Also, although it's unofficial, it's a remake of this card called Cocoon of Ultra Evolution, which allows you to get Moths out faster and easier, so if you just want to summon them, it's definitely better. It goes without saying.
If it is for the purpose of effect, you can say it is a neta level card.
