Overall evaluation: High priority for field spells that can assist deployment.
If you can deploy 《Great Fly》, that one is more convenient.
Even for Decks that want to preserve summoning rights, it is difficult to prioritize because it can be deployed with 《Divine Wind of Mist Valley》if you use bounce.
Many of his WINDs have their own Field Spells, such as Harpie.

Defensive power will be weakened, but it doesn't matter if it's a link, it's becoming an era where defense is neglected more than in the past, so if it's a normal beatdown, you shouldn't worry about it.
The enhancement multiplier isn't that high, but since it's an overall enhancement, the explosive power when lined up is high.
There are decks with high deployment power such as SR, drag, and Harpie in the wind.
It's not bad at all, but like similar cards, it's not a card that works alone, but a field that interacts with each other, so if you're not good at it, there's a possibility that you'll be cornered.
However, the wind is relatively minor, so such risks are small.
More than that, he has a better field, whether it's Harpie or Drag, and there's little need to strengthen it even if there's no such field like SR... The problem is that there are few compatible decks.
I can't underestimate the explosive power, but the RBI is inflated because of Valeso and Astram.
It can be said for similar cards, but there are too many other things to prioritize.

It doesn't lead to card advantage, but it's a surprisingly strong card when you use it.
As for SR, his ATK is set to 3000, which is the main monster, but isn't the 3000 line a fierce battleground? If you strengthen the RBI even a little from there, the number of monsters that can break through will increase at once. It's great that Crystal Wing is no longer one-sidedly killed by his Borrelord. When 《Greatfly》is also lined up, the RBI is broken and I can't help but laugh.
As an aside, the English version of the card's name is "Rising Air Current", which literally translates to "Updraft". A "desert" storm suggests that this is a wind blowing in the desert, but (one of) the origins of the desert are due to downdrafts. In other words, both the Japanese name and the English name are inconsistent. It's an interesting card.

This can be said for all Field Spells of this lineage, but now that the importance of RBI is increasing, 500 is quite ridiculous, and Clear Wing and Stardust with 3000 RBI will take a lot of time to process.
Since SR is a strong theme of his WIND element, it may be possible to try throwing it into SR to make up for the lack of hit points such as the above card.
