Overall Rating: There are better cards to undermine.
Since it is written as an attacking monster, it can only be used against the attacking monster from the time the attack is declared until the damage is calculated.
《Wall of Disruption》would be better as a weakening.
《Shadow Spell》can also be used with almost the same effect.

With 700 ATK down, it can be used as a combat trick enough, so it wouldn't be a bad idea to use it in a character deck that collects mask cards.
