Raising the opponent's ATK by 500 is also a pretty terrible effect, but the problem is that the price is not worth the 500 burns in the opponent's standby phase. From the trap card and its activation conditions, basically it should be mainly activated during the opponent's turn. In that case, the burn effect will be given on the next turn, so until then, just increase the opponent by 500. 《Nightmare Wheel》is enough if you are aiming for Burn.

On top of the disadvantage of raising his opponent's ATK, what you can do is burn 500 points once every two turns with 《Nightmare Wheel》.
In the GX season, there were a lot of cards that weren't able to do the same things as the existing cards (which weren't even regulated at the time) due to strict activation conditions and demerits.
It's the only card that hasn't been reprinted in the Duel Disc group that produced excellent cards and expensive cards at the time, but you can guess why.
