It's useless even if the effect is destroyed.

However, in the current mainstream of Extra Deck, it is difficult to annihilate all the attacking monsters. Also, since it needs to be destroyed in battle, it's pretty tough considering that removal by effects is the mainstream. It is also a minus that it self-destructs when LIGHT is declared. Shaddoll stays on the field, so it doesn't seem to be that difficult to achieve the conditions with Shaddoll.
It has a strong effect that makes Karakuri and Laval teary-eyed.
