The effect of banishing his activated spell card didn't make much sense when he first appeared, but in this day and age, it's not uncommon for him to have his spell card with the GY effect, so there are many scenes where it sticks. Especially for Sky Striker Ace, who counts his spell cards in his GY, it's a funny blow. By the way, there is a ruling that permanents, Field Spells, and Pendulums are not sent to GY after activation, but are properly excluded when destroyed.
It seems to work well with Ursarctic as it is a high-level hand trigger.
For the time being, it's an LV monster, but you can forget it because you can't receive any particular support.

It is possible to put out this card by chaining to his opponent's spell card, excluding his key spell to prevent reuse.
There is also self-enhancement, but this does not mesh well with exclusion.
