As long as you can create a chain, it will appear in the opponent's turn, so you can easily bring it out by throwing Urara or Extra G. In other words, you can use it like a real hand trigger.
The effect of banishing his activated spell card didn't make much sense when he first appeared, but in this day and age, it's not uncommon for him to have his spell card with the GY effect, so there are many scenes where it sticks. Especially for Sky Striker Ace, who counts his spell cards in his GY, it's a funny blow. By the way, there is a ruling that permanents, Field Spells, and Pendulums are not sent to GY after activation, but are properly excluded when destroyed.
It seems to work well with Ursarctic as it is a high-level hand trigger.
For the time being, it's an LV monster, but you can forget it because you can't receive any particular support.

Overall evaluation: The direction of each effect is different, and I would like to decide the operational purpose and use it, such as using it as a spell card meta or as a rank 9 Xyz material.
To get a Special Summon, you only need to stack up to 2 chain blocks, and if you have a free chain card, you can easily get it out.
It can be used as a trigger for 《World Legacy Monstrosity》, and on the contrary, it can also be used as a Special Summon, making it easy to connect to Rank 9.
His spell card can be removed without connecting to rank 9, and it can also be a meta for decks that reuse his spell card in GY.
It is possible to put out this card by chaining to his opponent's spell card, excluding his key spell to prevent reuse.
There is also self-enhancement, but this does not mesh well with exclusion.
If he uses it, he puts a lot of Spells in his GY. Will it be used like putting it away?
Since it's a little tough to satisfy both elements, it feels like considering about two uses, such as aiming for rank 9 and aiming for the reuse meta of the opponent's spell.

He is a card that will become a spell meta, and since he is a special summon after chain 3, he can come out relatively even if it is left to the opponent. There is also a recent level 9 endorsement, and it is a card that I personally want to endorse. The effect of banishing spell cards is pretty interesting as he also banishes Continuous Spell, Equip Spell and Field Spell, so it can be used in the Pendulum meta.

It has the advantage of being easy to get out, but the weakness is that it is difficult to raise the status, and it is not stable.

One of the derivations of Hanekuri, but the effect is not particularly related to Hanekuri. Also, although it is a LV monster, it is a strange card that does not have effects related to LV up. LV support can be received for the time being.
It's an unusual summoning method, but it doesn't have any difficult conditions, and it can act as a wall during the opponent's turn. Unfortunately, we do not support counters.
GY raises his stats by the number of his spells, and the rate of increase is not bad, but as long as he exists, his spells will be excluded, so it's a bit unmatched.
If you're aiming for a high stat, you'll want to put it out at the end of the game or use it in combination with an iron wall. If you can't aim for it, you can use the material as described above.
Spell exclusion effects are magic that refers to the number of his spells in his GY, effects that do not become meta for Sky Striker Ace, and do not prevent or interfere with activation, so as a deterrent I feel like it's subtle.
I think it's a card with an interesting effect, but it's a bit quirky.

How can I say it, it's worth it as an easy-to-use level 9, but it's amazing that you can't expect the effect it has. (not praised)
The increase in RBI is dependent on the opponent, but it's not bad, so it's not something you can't expect depending on the opponent.
However, once he comes into play, the effect of excluding spell cards and fighting with the current RBI is applied. On the other hand, it is difficult for him to take full advantage of the removal of spell cards, as it has a deterrent effect on the opponent and a problem of RBI.
In the end, is it better to use it for the purpose of Xyz material?

It's easy to get out and can be used as a material for Dyson Spheres.

I can't see the person on the cover.
The summoning conditions are special, but since it can be activated as easily as Chain 2, it shouldn't be too difficult.
The effect is quite special. Seems pretty inconsistent with GY's spell card removal triggered to power his spells.
I would like to have 5 copies of his spell that the opponent is activating, but...
As a level 9 that can be summoned easily, is there a job that can be a rank 9 sustenance such as Dyson Sphere?
I thought it might be a meta for magic, but it's because it doesn't have removal resistance...

Chaining is common. Putting it into play itself is very easy. Depending on the opponent and timing, you can expect a high RBI. However, was it necessary to have an effect that removes spells...? It can be evaluated that it can function alone, but it lacks a little stability. Is Special Summon worth it as an easy level 9...?

The manga cover is the original manga character Misawa. It's very rare for a manga character to be on the cover instead of an anime character.
Well, all the value of this guy is an easy level 9. If you want to use V brother's figurine or Roman 92, you can consider adopting it.

Kuriboh It doesn't matter at all!
Her opponent's GY Spell number x 500 itself is not bad as an increase value, but it's ruined because of the inconsistent effect of not increasing more than that...
Even though the summoning conditions are easy, I think it would have been better without the effect because the increase value depends on the opponent...
By the way, level 9 is the easiest to summon, so there is room for consideration when using Dyson or 92.
The cover of this volume is Mr. Misawa. A cartoon original character on the cover instead of the Marufuji Brothers... Huh? Were you in the anime too?

who's on the cover? Sawa? Who?
Rather than that, what is LV9, Mujirushi is stronger
 Summoning conditions Easy
Spell exclusion effect Subtle
ATK UP Inconsistent with ↑, subtle
Rule effect Don't spawn two bodies

Well, it's very hard to use, but it's a delicate card that's neither weak nor strong.
The effect that comes out almost unconditionally is strong, but it's kind of subtle. Its level is unusually high, so it's not suitable for Synchro Summoning.
Above all, the fact that the ATK up effect and her Spell exclusion effect create a self-contradiction makes it even more subtle.
It's also subtle to be able to do Normal Summon plainly.
