A low-ranking warrior vanilla monster with too many promotions, so much so that this card is the most expensive woman in the Yu-Gi-Oh OCG.
Theoretically, if either ATK or DEF was 0, it would have been possible to create a level 4 monster with ATK or DEF of 2800, but this card is level 4. While making full use of the total base limit of 2800 for the 4 monsters, it is split evenly between offense and defense.
This monster is the only monster with 1400 offense and defense among all monsters in season 1 and all vanilla monsters.
In terms of performance, as a low-class vanilla ground warrior, it has the same ATK and higher defensive power, and is backward compatible with Blade Skater, which is also a designated fusion material for Cyber Blader.
Kazuki Takahashi, the original author, was involved in the design, and one point is added in praise of the achievement that there are multiple cards with rare specifications despite being a mere vanilla monster.

The value of this card can be said to be the rarity of Ursik, which is a privilege at the national tournament for the first time, and some people may find the early illustrations attractive.
