And it's only a 1:1 exchange, and it's hard to earn an advantage.
Effect damage can be used to trigger 《Heroic Challenger - Thousand Blades》or 《Guard Penguin》to get rank 4, so it's expandable.
If you use 《Time Thief Redoer》or 《PSY-Framelord Lambda》that you can get with 2 Effect Monsters, you can secure the trigger for this card, so you might not be able to use it around [Crown Blade].

1000 damage is painful, but the effect of being able to destroy any type of card is excellent.
If you build a Psychic Deck, you definitely want to include it.
