Overall Rating: Release 2 is heavy and hard to use with Blackwing, which has few means to compensate.
I need 2 Releases and he needs Normal Summon, and Blackwing doesn't have many hands to make up for the weight.
Even with 《Kashtira Birth》, he didn't get along well with Blackwing, so it was a null for a dedicated build.
The effect itself isn't bad as it lowers his ATK and only targets Giant Trunade, but after using the effect, you'll probably need to make up for it with Xyz materials.
The bounce effect can only be used after battle, so it's confusing.
It's barely manageable with to make up for the weight, but that's the performance.

It has an effect that specializes in bounce, but in the case of magic and traps, the RBI will be lowered by 1000. In addition, since furiche is the main effect as a starting effect, most of them can't pass well.
As for weakening, you can bounce monsters you battle, so it's hard to say that you're being followed.
After damage calculation, unlike "Hyper Hammerhead" with a similar effect, this one is top notch. It's not something the superlatives do. It is a compulsory effect as a bonus.
As it's the only level 7BF in the main deck, Vayu can also bring out Silver Wind.
Just considering the accidental nature and the subtlety of the effect...
Since BF doesn't have the necessary effect, there is also a hand of operation other than BF.
But in the first place, both offense and defense are subtle...
