Comprehensive evaluation: The level designation is strict, and it is difficult to use because it is for attack reaction.
If you just want to Special Summon from your hand, "The Revenge of the Normal" is fine, and you want to take advantage of the fact that it bounces monsters on the field, but it's not very easy to use because it's usually used as a material.
It may be possible to reuse 《Volcanic Rocket》etc., but it is usually faster to prepare a second one.

It's a Birdman-like effect, so it has combo properties, but Trap, which waits until an attack is declared, doesn't mesh well, and the evaluation is greatly lowered.

If it weren't for the attack reaction type, it would have been possible to use it in a few more ways, but the timing was just too bad. Even if a level 4 monster is used, I can only see the future where it will be destroyed in battle.

The biggest problem is the timing of the attack declaration. This card would have been a little easier to use. The effect itself will be the main aim to reuse the effect at the time of Special Summon. 《Volcanic Rocket》goes well with something like that. However, the activation conditions are a huge hindrance.

I honestly don't know what I want. It's an effect like "Beast Soul Swap", but it can only be activated when the opponent declares an attack, and you can only put out Level 4 monsters. Versatility seems to be wide, but practicality is quite low

It would be nice to think that it can be used to reuse effects such as Airman, but it is one card that is overshadowed by the activation conditions, the designation of cards that can be played, and the existence of escape devices and Birdman.
