Before I was strong and weak, a long time ago... my first impression was that a new theme that I had rubbed off when I registered on this site came out, and my eyes got hot.
And when I read the effect, I felt the passage of time due to the difference in power with the existing Evors, and at the same time I was filled with gratitude.
The first thing that stands out is the effect of deploying or reviving from the hand of "Evoltile" at the time of summoning / Special Summon.
Thinking back on the triggers of the old Evolmonsters' effects, I couldn't help but let out a voice of admiration. At best, they can only handle normal summons, and other things like destroying, being destroyed, reversing, releasing, etc. usually take a lot of time and effort.
Supporting Special Summon means that you can move while incorporating the flow of the current Reptilian deployment, that is, you can borrow the power of the Ogdoadic card. They were able to release 《Evoltile Najasho》from his GY, so they weren't compatible to begin with, but they were able to bond even more.
Since it's a face-down move, it can't be used against Link or Xyz, but the target monsters for 《Evo-Force》can be face-down, so there's no problem.

From there, with the new 《Evolsaur Lios》and the ancient Evol army monster 《Evolsaur Vulcano》, he can do whatever he wants with Evolzar, so it is more powerful than you can imagine.
[Evol] is a deck that evolves from Evoltile to become Evolsaur, and finally he reaches Evolzar. Until now, I was told, "The other guy should be a Dinosaur and just release the Kaiser, right?"
This Folis made the first move more reliable and realistic with modern power without breaking his Deck concept at all. I still have to deal with the long-standing weak point of going second, but it goes without saying that the three new cards, including this one, have greatly increased the deck's power.

Set Nahash in your hand or GY with your own effect, release Nahash with Evo-Force pulled from the Deck, recruit Rios with Nahash's effect, set Evo-Singularity with Rios' 1 effect, and use Nahash to While sending Dinosaur to GY with the 2 effect that is lifted because it is Special Summoned, change the level and race of 2 monsters on the field, X summon any Evolzar, and activate "Evo-Singularity" on the opponent's turn. It is a dimension that can put out any Evolzar of the second body.
Even if you can't use Nahash to release Evo-Force, you can prepare to activate Evo-Singularity on your opponent's turn by sending Rios from Evo-Force to his GY as a link material along with this card. Once in place, any one of his Evolzar can be put out.
If there is a monster that can be Link Summoned with Rios alone, it would be even better if he can use this monster to release Evo-Force and he can use Evo-Singularity to create Evolzar. unfortunately does not exist.
