If you just want to prepare firepower on the board with Cyber S, there are similar conditions such as Degrade Buster with moderate firepower, and it seems that more people will use it as a material by taking advantage of level 9.
GY's Link Monster can be used as a cost for Accesscode Talker's destruction effect, so I don't think it's a good idea to exclude it.
