I'm a little uneasy about target resistance, but it's enough just to not be able to break the sleeping princess tower with a phoenix.
Just having this guy and Nehimero in play is pretty annoying.

I don't think there's a problem with (1)'s self Special Summon because it's easy to meet the conditions for the "Nemrelia" Deck due to the pen effect of Dreaming Nemleria .
With the effect of (2), the "Nemrelia" Deck can negate effects that target "Nemrelia" cards, and it has the highest defensive power among "Nemrelia" monsters.

General-purpose level 10 monster with self ss
《Dreaming Nemleria》Dream Keeper monster. If the Ex Deck has a front P card, it is possible to self-ss and use P even if Nemureria is not used.
《Dream Tower of Princess Nemleria》can be searched together with 《Nemleria Dream Defender - Oreiller》. However, in that case, a pledge would be required, so Sweet Dreams, Nemleria would be better if you were to send him on a business trip.
The effect of (2) is rather narrow with the target negate.
