One of the weak points of Galaxy Eyes is that the level does not match. Even though it looked like a good hand, the level was different, and I couldn't connect it to Xyz, which would bring further developments. This card is a wonderful card that solves such problems. By changing the level of his LIGHT on the field to 4, he can instantly raise rank 4. If you Normal Summon Galaxy Knight , you can summon this card to rank 8, and if you special summon it, you can switch between rank 4 and deployment. Also, he doesn't have restrictions such as negate effects on the cards he Special Summons, and if he revives 《Galaxy Wizard》, he can continue searching. (2) Level change can be done without waste because it can use 《Galaxy Soldier》, which tends to be left alone, as a material for Rank 4.
I think the basic move is to choose Galaxy Wizard as the resurrection target and change the level to Photon Emperor. That way, you can search for Galaxy Trance with Galaxy Photon Dragon and use it as an X material to get him to Rank 8 with the Emperor who went to GY. If it looks like it can outperform, I think it's not bad to change Galaxy-Eyes Afterglow Dragon to resurrection level 4.
