Ritual Spell required for Advent of Fortress Whale.
The designated sacrifice in the game work is a cyborg bus.
The fish-type machine is a reasonable sacrifice for producing a fish monster equipped with a cannon, but even with the hardships of performing the ritual, the stats have not improved so much, and there is something sad about it.
This card does not appear in the original Battle City edition, and the fortress whale is brought into play by his Tribute Summon.

A Ritual Spell for Fortress Whales. Advanced Ritual Art is enough if you just want to play Fortress Whale, so you don't really need to use this card. For the time being, it is compatible with 《Pre-Preparation of Rites》, but it is a painful place that there is no merit to use other than that.

Overall Rating: Worth it if Gishki Vision is enough to cover the release.
If 《Gishki Vision》, which can be summoned with 《Deep Sea Diva》, covers the release, and 《Pre-Preparation of Rites》aims for support, then it would be meaningful to adopt it.
Synchro summoning at level 9 is also possible as it is.

Perhaps because there was no depiction of handing over this card in the anime, it never reappeared after the battle against Kajiki.
Even though it's a low-level preparation, it's a vanilla monster that lacks the power to perform it, so it's not worth it to seriously summon it, so it's better to think about combo operations with advanced rituals.

I'd like to say something like Kajiki, but for some reason it's a ritual card, so it takes a little more work.

There is no alternate Ritual Spell specifically for WATER, so if you're going for "Fortress Whale", you might consider this card as well.
