The effect itself isn't bad, but the conditions for putting a counter on it are quite problematic, and since Link 4 has many things that can decide the game even if it's just one, it's not often that many come out.
It's hard to go to counter on the first deployment because of the trap.
I wonder if it can be used to check his deck opponent who uses link 4 aiming for the effect of 1 counter.

Comprehensive evaluation: The effect of one counter is useful, and aiming for two or more tends to overkill.
If you put out one Link 4, you can negate the declared card, and there are many ways to use it, such as blocking interference when attacking.
It's not as convenient as "Crossout Designator", but it's possible to declare something like "Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring" to avoid interference.
The 2nd and 3rd ones are useful as deployment aids, but I don't have much time to spare for two Link 4s.
It's possible by reviving Link 3, but if you're not aiming for Extra Link, that's fine.
Exceptionally, with [Salamangreat], you can earn two counters relatively easily by reincarnation link summoning "Salamangreat Pyro Phoenix", and you can aim for a third body after reviving, but it feels like overkill.
