It's not weak, but it's a bad card. Although the revival effect of ② goes through 《Overlay Network》, it can actually be used like 《Blackwing - Zephyros the Elite》. There are few excellent cards other than "Fairy LIGHT Level 4 monsters" that you bring to your hand. It can be used strongly by using it together with a card that can be used.
Considering the fact that you can change a single monster into an Xyz Monster if it exists in GY, it seems like you can meet the requirements of 《Xyz Gift》, the conditions of 《Cross-Sheep》, Xyz, RUM, and so on. It's an interesting card, but I have the impression that it doesn't have much power.

From its name, at first glance, you might think it's an X monster related to "Terra Knight".
However, in a "Terranite" Deck that X-summons 4*4s, even if you use 2 4*4s and take out Altair from your hand, it's just 2 4*4s lined up, so it doesn't make much sense.
Monsters that Special Summon do not have a designated level, so in a deck that can line up level 4, can it be used as a means to develop the superlative of light?
After using the effect, I want to use it as a material immediately because there are only low-level hit points. You can use it as a link material, but if you want to take advantage of the fact that it's an X monster, you'll want to stack Mirai Emperor and Azeus.
In addition to Starry Knight and Decks that use Christia, it seems that Crystal Beast is also used.

It is a general-purpose light rank 4 that is easy to handle rather than strong without difficulty. Aid in deployment.
Shine brighter with Fairy Deck. However, I don't feel that the benefits of reuse are too great.
It's a pity that the status is a bit unreliable.

It seems to go well with this, so the first thing that comes to mind is 《Archlord Kristya》. If Hikari/Angel is the main, Chrystia continuous hits as a sub-plan seems to be quite strong.

It's a general-purpose rank 4, but it's basically used in a light deck. It works well with Starry Knight and Terra Knight.
Personally, I'd like to use it with Star Seraph permission, but considering the level 4 Star Seraph itself has excellent effects, and considering the existence of excellent expansion cards such as Valhalla, is this guy useless?
