However, Redundan can cover for spills, so it's a bit unreliable, but as a Time Thief sub-ace, he's a card I'd like to have at least one in my Time Thief Deck.

This card may be a card with performance that cannot be saved easily. It's pretty tough not being able to supply the materials yourself.
Its strength is its high jamming performance, but the preparation to go there is terribly difficult. Placing 《Time Thief Perpetua》next to it is almost essential, and you have to use a lot of Time Thief Spell Trap, which has modest performance, in your Deck, so the sense of stability drops.
Compared to 《Time Thief Redoer》, it is superior in that it cannot be stopped by 《Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring》and can interfere with multiple objects. However, since I can't supply the materials myself and have a bad time, Redundan is much better in terms of usability. The same can be said for Redan, but in most cases, the most pitiful part is the deterioration of 《Number F0: Utopic Draco Future》.

That said, most of the work can be done with the self-generated power of the X material and Redan, which boasts high survivability, so I can't deny the feeling that I don't bother to use this card. The hit point is lower than Redundan, the material replenishment effect disappears, you can't escape with a free chain, and the effect when you remove the essential material is also unique compared to Redundan.
There are almost no situations where you want to put this card above Redundan, and if you want to make another Rank 4 next to Redundan, Perpetual is fine.

Time Thief was selected as one of Selection 10, although it only appeared in Japan last year.

Like Redundan, if you use Brigandine, you can aim for Trap from the first attack, but the effect is weaker than Redundan, which can remove Friche, so it seems that he should use Redundan if he is premised on burying Trap.
