You can salvage Field Spell if you can enter the field while Synchro is on the field.
I want to prepare a Synchro Monster, and he has to put this one on the field that doesn't have a Special Summon effect, so it's too much work to do.
The effect when destroyed in the second half is that he Special Summons beasts of level 4 or less from Deck/GY.
The recruit range is very wide and I don't think it's weak, but the fact that I was wary of wide-ranging recruits doesn't deal with destruction on my own, and I have a strong feeling that it doesn't fit the times.
Depending on the pool, it might turn out to be a good card in a draft.

Comprehensive evaluation: In order to make use of the effect of the first half, it is difficult in a single unit, and exclusive construction is required to some extent.
Field Spell salvage during Special Summon is difficult to use because there are many conditions.
Special Summon itself can be done with 《Melffy Fenny》or 《Tri-Brigade Ferrijit the Barren Blossom》, but you need Synchro Monster and he can't go to GY without Field Spell.
The combination of Black Garden, which revives monsters, and Garden Rose Maiden, which can search for them, will help somehow.
I'm obviously considering synergies with Ancient Fairy Dragon, but I don't think that's prohibited.
On the other hand, he is recruiting Beast, and he has no problems with special summons such as Giant Rat, his Melffy, and rescue monsters.
Ursarctic has WATER and Beast, so he can share support, and since it's a Synchro Summoning Deck that also uses Field Spells, the compatibility itself seems pretty good, but it's a bit tricky.

Original game cards that appeared in TF6 and Duel Links were powered up and reimported into OCG. Effect ① is completely new, and it says to use it in combo with 《Ancient Pixie Dragon》. Field salvage is a valuable element, but the need for S monsters on the field is quite heavy. It's a dangerous effect to net rely on, but it's also an effect you want to motivate to include.
