The effect of turning two Pendulums on the field into scales... As I wrote, it's very difficult to use.
Needless to say, it's much easier to search and set than to set from the monster that was put into play, and moving from the field to his Pendulum zone itself is an act that doesn't taste good.
It's also not a Quick-Play Spell, so it can't be used as a Sacrifice Escape.
Although it is limited to one body, it is possible to return it to the scale, and the presence of his Pendulum switch that can be used many times is also painful.

I guess the concept is that you can use both the effect on the field and the P effect, but to be honest, I think it's like spending one card...
P Decks often rely on P Summons for deployment, so it's possible that the zone is full only in situations where this card can be used.
It is a big advantage that it is faster than the switch, but it can not be used in the opposite direction. Since it is a Normal Spell, the movement that can be done is also narrower than over there.
I don't think the performance is worth the cost.

It has the effect of setting two P monsters on the field to the P zone.
First, it cannot be activated unless the P zone is empty and two P monsters are arranged on the field. Even if it is activated, it only moves the card to the P zone, so it is a meaningless act unless the P effect is activated or the P summon is performed. Since P summoning did not benefit from the rule revision, if you aim for P summoning, you have to expand the marker separately with Link Monster.
A troublesome card that chooses a lot of situations from the above conditions, and the return is quite poor. It would be nice if there was a card that could create a chemical reaction by combining a monster effect and a pendulum effect, but his Pendulum switch, which allows you to move only one creature in both directions, is also useful.
