Many of his decks don't use Nutos, so he's a pretty nasty card for decks that do. If you put it side by side with Rift and Dark Row, it will be a genuine EX destruction and nothing more annoying.
Of course, it's fun to play the role of a card that unilaterally drops your own EX by sending it, but it's a bit difficult to use since Samoso is banned.
