I think that it is excellent to be able to search for "Purrely" cards other than Quick-Play Spells by the effect of (1). In particular, I think it's a strength to be able to search for "Purrely" Quick-Play Spells, even though it's not certain that you can search for "My Friend Purrely".
Due to the effect of (2), although it depends on GY's "Purrely" Quick-Play Spell, I think it is also a strength to be able to X summon "Purrely" X monsters.

《Purrely》Get off the boat. Unlike Purrely's battle-spinning effect, you can reliably search for 《Purrely》cards other than Quick-Play Spells. It may be difficult to use anything other than a Quick-Play Spell, but thanks to the Continuous Spell 《My Friend Purrely》, it is possible to indirectly search for all Purrely. It outperforms plain Purrely in many ways because of its effects that can be used after deck recruitment. But unlike Purrely, it's turn 1 with the same name, so I think Purrely needs him in the deck after all.
