Even in the early days of Xyz, there were almost no Rank 3s, as easy-to-use items such as Revise and Wind-Up soon appeared.

Dinosaurs aren't the dinosaurs of today with more card pools...
The fact that it can produce Volka from Astral, and the fact that it is an accident-prone RUM, and the fact that it has low performance just for that reason, makes me feel uncomfortable.
If you don't like the basics, I don't think it will be used anymore.

The effect is strong, but the RBI is still the bottleneck. Since it is rank 3, it would be a problem if it had 2500 RBI. Recently, there is almost no stick standing with less than 2000 RBI. Direct attacks are possible with Nightmare Shark, and the overall feeling of incompleteness cannot be wiped out. It can evolve into Volcasaurus with Astral Force, but it goes without saying that it is stronger if it can directly generate Volka.

Rank 3 has a lot of RBI boasts, but this one can be differentiated with 1000 burns that can be shot relatively easily.
Gyrasaurus is recommended because it matches the race and can Xyz quickly.
Just be careful not to be weak in return, and if you want stability, there are times when it's better to simply choose a revise.
