His Spellcaster with level change effect. It's not strong, but if you want to use it, you can build enough decks.
It has plenty of support for spell users, supports rampage summoning, and doesn't have the name Turn 1, so I think it's enough to play. I want to legally show off expensive cards like Holacty or Ten Thousand Dragon.

The level change effect is not stable, but it can be used for both Synchro and Xyz, so I think it has the minimum versatility.
