Just the fact that most of his decks are able to aim for the finishing blow when the opponent's LP is below 2000 is significant. His hit points are a little low, but with his face-up spell, he won't be attacked, so the effect should be able to cover it to some extent. One that deserves consideration as one of the general-purpose rank 4 bodies. Good
