The effect of (3) is fear. Considering Cyclone, his Harpie's Feather Broom, and even Twister against Pendulum, it's like having a bunch of Thunderbolts in his opponent's deck. If you fail, your turn may not come.

It's not that M-HERO is strong. This guy is strong. Why did this happen when it was vanilla in the manga? His jam-packed decks are countless and will probably stick around for a while.

It should be difficult for the opponent to attack just by standing. If it's , there's a way to let the small fries step on it, but with this one, it's quite disgusting because it can't break through the battle without sacrificing the 2500 class. Depending on the opponent, removal may be used preferentially on this guy, so it seems to be useful as a decoy (or rather, a bite dog?).
