It's true that it's difficult to get more than 3 Effect Monsters, but if you use Scapegoat, you can use 《Missus Radiant》and Link Spider x2, so it's crazy.

As you know, Rylo's companion, a villainous monster that repeats Special Summon and the Book of the Moon. It doesn't work against Link Monsters, but it's really scary because it uses itself as a link material to compete. Hmm, what is the meaning of quasi-restriction? |
