The disadvantage of not being able to perform the Battle Phase is that it can be activated during the opponent's turn, and many effects of "Artifact" monsters can only be activated during the opponent's turn, so I don't think there is a problem. I don't think it's a loss to have the effect when the opponent destroys it. Good ( 1 )

There are restrictions on the X materials, but with the "Dinosaur" Deck, you can get 《Jurrac Guaiba》or a combination of 《Souleating Oviraptor》and 《Lost World》, so I don't think there's a problem. Good

With a "Zefra" Deck, the ratio of "Zefra" Pendulum monsters is high, so it's easy to activate from your hand, which I think is a strength. Good
