(2) The effect is innovative for both recruitment conditions and targets, and it seems to be fun to use. It's often misunderstood, but the phrase "ATK and DEF are the same..." only requires the recruit target to have the same offense and defense, and only attributes depend on the opponent.
(Example: Targeting his Cyber Dragon in his DARK on the opponent's field, 0 ATK and DEF from Deck, Yubel in DARK as his Special Summon)
That being said, there aren't many decks out there that allow him to incorporate multi-attribute recruit targets into whatever is on the opponent's table.
A realistic usage would be to prepare a monster with an arbitrary attribute on the opponent's field with Kaiju, etc., or change the attribute of the opponent's monster with Shadow Dystopia, etc.
Calling Level 7 to Rank 7, calling Tuner to Synchro Summon, or even calling anything to Link Summon Kaosol that meets the conditions... I think it's a good card that can be used in a variety of ways depending on the user.

It can be differentiated from 《Amazoness Swords Woman》in that it can be called from the Deck with Dual Ablation. 《Ring of Magnetism》or Mist Body is useless, but Noble Knight Roland and Rinaldo can enhance it. It may have been reinforced by the environment.
