The main effect is when removed, but compared to the other two, there are uncertainties and it can accumulate in the exclusion zone. Still, he's definitely an essential part of Metaphys, as his winning streak is mostly from this card to his other two Special Summons. Good

However, Cyberse doesn't use GY that much, so it seems that it would be better to use it in another deck. Special Summon that can be used in any deck is also nice. Good
