strong. That's one word. Rather than Evilswarm Butte, it can be both offensive and effective, so why not put it in any deck that can rank 4? "It's an advantage to be able to unilaterally steal someone with destruction resistance." However, he doesn't have a high ATK, so keep that in mind. After using the destruction resistance once, it's just 2100 vanilla... And now, there are many monsters that are resistant to effects that target them.
Rank 10 Synchro in the same pack. It seems that playing that does not let you out in the first place will become important.

Thanks to 《Where Arf Thou?》, I think it's a card with a wide variety of uses. Everyone's evaluation is low, but... the real value of this card lies in the fact that you can discard duplicate level 1 cards from your hand. In the case of Decks with 《Level Eater》or Maidens, I don't think there are many ways to send those cards that have come to hand to GY. While throwing it away, you can catch it with Kinka, draw with Piper, and put NEETs, Lion Hearts, and Roots that will appear in the next pack into play.
If you add it to your hand with "Where Arf Thou?", the drawback is that you usually have to be prepared for 2000 damage, but even though you can call it from the Deck, "One for One" is a limit, and you can't rely on it completely... Level 1 There are a lot of them, and if you're centering on Kinka, if you use it as a set with 《Where Arf Thou?》, it might work well.

A card I definitely want to have in Cyberdark. The vanilla to drop is Hound Dragon. And the next monster he drops is Malefic's Enhanced Exterior Truth Dragon? Or drop another of his Cyberdarks to prepare for impact... Up until now, I've been relying on ravines to drop cards, which was inefficient, but this card seems to make things easier.
However, since it will inevitably be a set with Vanilla Dragon, is it difficult to choose a deck to some extent?

It seems to be a reasonably good card that works well in any of his decks, and in some cases even in the Xyz meta.
Since there is a limit of 15 extras, if he only has a certain level in the deck, he can be forced to expose the monster without being able to Xyz.
Even if you use it once, he can activate the effect again with GY, so it rarely spoils.
The first half effect can be used to interfere with your opponent, and the second half effect can also be used to adjust the level of your Synchro Xyz.
If the Xyz target is biased toward a specific rank, such as Dragon Ruler, being able to greatly undermine the opponent's expectations is a considerable advantage.

A card that can be used quite a lot in magic counter-axis magic. Just by turning the Spellbook, you can increase the number of hit points. Junon, which is the main axis of magic, is unsatisfactory in terms of basic hit points, but thanks to this card, it will be possible to break through the highest line.
If two cards are activated, there are many cases where the RBI enhancement exceeds 1000, and even if it is destroyed, it can be searched, and if the Spell City is activated, the counter will move.
However, if he doesn't destroy it, he'll have a hit point for spellcasters... if you use precious non-destruction removal on this card, you'll be left with something like Junon.
The downside is that he's only useful in his deck that uses Spellbook. Now that he counts all spell cards... is that a broken card?
