The effect is certainly strong. But that assumes that Doha Surah already exists in her GY.
The problem is how to align Doha Surah with this guy. Summoning rights are extremely valuable for undead, which lack initial speed and ad generation means. It's a waste to use it for Banshee, but I want to use it for Hermit and Unison that lead to development. Even if I send it to GY, I would like to give priority to Doha Surah and Batouki. If you use the first effect of Unison, you can forcibly prepare, but if you uselessly reduce your hand, you will be poor.
This card shines after the middle stage, when GY and the field are set to some extent. It's strong as Anwa's protector, but it can't be talked about without Anwa. Banshee came after Anwa was eliminated, so it's too late.
It's a card that has a subtle mismatch that is unique to Ande, and I don't think it's strong enough to be praised by the public. Be careful with the number of hires.
If the effects of 1 and 2 were reversed, it would have been an undeniable power card.

A badass that almost stops the effect of having the word "GY" in the text. Since it doesn't target, it can interfere not only with Sorcha and explosions, but also expansion cards such as Redame and Double Helix, and even Trishura. A comparison with DD Crow is often called out, but I think that it should rather be considered as Urara from the 4th one onwards. The quality of the 10th period is that you can shoot even with a bad streak.
You should carefully consider how many cards you put in your main deck, as they can spoil if you get them in your first hand, but they are still powerful. It is a piece that seems to further accelerate the recent trigger game.
