The second No99.
The required material is very heavy at level 12 x 3, and regular summoning is tough.
However, it's Utopia, so if you just want to put it out, it's an easy story via double. You will not be able to attack directly.
It has a similar effect to No78, and because of its higher rank, it has a lighter disadvantage.
However, since there is no material, the challenge is how to compensate for that.
It will be used in conjunction with things like No38 that are easy to operate without materials, Zexal fields, and RUM.
The effect of 2 is visible, so it's just a place to check off attacks. But it's good for cards that are weak in combat.
It can be used in a variety of ways, and it has an effect that makes it easy to line up powerful large cards.

His Deck, which can aim for regular summons, is limited, but his 4000 RBI resistance to destruction is extremely powerful.
