A simple suppression card disguised as a sweeping trump card. It is a devil card on the 2nd turn of the first attack.
For example, let's say he created the main Domination board (V.F.D. + Suzaku) in Virtual World Deck. After that, the opponent will cut back the board in a reasonable percentage, but after being cut back, set up a general-purpose Xyz → remove the board with the effect of the general-purpose Xyz, then hit → stack this card. will do.
At this point, the opponent's counterattack board has been counterattacked again, and on top of that, it has been overwhelmed.
In many cases, when you turn back the control board of the first attack, your resources are already less than half, and in that situation, if you set up this card that can wipe out the board [even in the opponent's turn], it's almost impossible to turn back. becomes.
If you summon it after stacking it with 《Downerd Magician》, Gaia Dragoon, Pain Gainer, etc., you can easily create a 2-hit Arzeus even if it's not a Zodiac Deck or Hope Deck. I think this card that can wipe out and suppress is too easy.
It's a really nice card when you use it yourself, but if you use it too much, your friends will probably hate it...
Recently, this card, V.F.D. (used in Virtual World), and Arc Rebellion have become too rampant, and some hate has gathered in the Xyz dimension.
Ko*mai-san, think about the balance a little more.

(Quick Effect): You can detach 2 materials from this card; Special Summon from your Extra Deck, 1 "Number" monster that has a number between "1" and "100" in its name. (This is treated as an Xyz Summon.) The turn you activate this effect, other monsters you control cannot attack directly, also you cannot Special Summon from the Extra Deck, except Xyz Monsters. When an opponent's monster declares an attack: You can change the ATK of the opponent's monster to 0. You can only use each effect of "Number 99: Utopia Dragonar" once per turn.

The second place that narrowly missed first place was "Number 99: Utopia Dragonar"

For a number hunter who can put out anything from No. 1 to 100 from extras, it will be a heinous thing.
The restriction that you can only Special Summon from the EX Deck on the turn you activate this effect makes little sense in a Deck that uses this. Even if you can't attack directly, there should be no problem if you use the effect first and on the opponent's turn.
It can't be used right away, so it's a little troublesome to use 《No.39 Utopia Double》or 《Hyper Rank-Up-Magic Utopiforce》, and since it uses 2 materials, 4 X materials are required to use it twice. Ideally, 《C No.65 Judge Devil》and 《No.38 Hope Dragon Titanic Galaxy》are very strong, but we also need to prepare 《Zexal Field》and prepare 4 Dragner materials. So I don't know if I can move that far in reality... Well, it's enough even if it doesn't move that far.
My personal recommendation is to insert 《No.97 Dragon Shadow God Dragrabion》and 《No.100 Numeron ・Dragon》into Ex, if you go first, Draglabion → Titanic Galaxy (Material: Numeron Dragon), If you attack second, you can flexibly move from Drag Ravion to Numeron Dragon (material Titanic Galaxy), which can also lead to an increase in the size of the draw of 《Memories of Hope》.

You can also Xyz Summon this card by using a Rank 10 or 11 DARK Xyz Monster you control as the Xyz Material. (Xyz Materials attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials on this card.) If Summoned this way, the following effect cannot be activated this turn. Once per turn: You can detach 2 Xyz Materials from this card; banish as many Special Summoned monsters your opponent controls as possible, then attach 1 of those banished monsters to this card as Xyz Material. If this face-up card on the field would be destroyed by battle or card effect, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card instead.

If you want to put out level 12 side by side, you can do it with 《Divine Serpent Geh》or 《Ultimaya Tzolkin》, but it's difficult if you don't use a dedicated build. Rather than that, it can be played with a single Last Striker, so it's quicker to use it there. There is also destruction resistance, so you can rest assured.
