I think it's an excellent trump card that has a very high original status, (1) a large status increase effect, and (2) continuous attack effect on monsters.
If it's a "Train" Deck that specializes in producing Rank 10 "Machine" materials, I think you'll have no problem.

By using this card, you can get The Seven Shins even from Rank 8.
Its defensive power alone is only 2200, and its elimination effect is another unreliable figure. It's true that there are many cards with low defense, but...
If you put another high-level Xyz side by side, you can rely on it as a wall or as a destroyer, but I wonder if it's quite heavy on the boulder.
Since The Seven Shins, who can use this card as a stepping stone, is excellent, it may be a card to create expandability as a stepping stone.

I fell in love with his B.E.S. design that feels romantic.
It boasts high explosive power due to continuous attacks that can make use of it with high hit points and burns when destroyed in battle.
The problem is the existence of Juggernaut Tribe, which has a role to play on top of having an effect activation condition that requires RU at rank 10.
There is no RUM, and it can be effective even if it is stacked from other than Gangaridia.
Concerning consecutive attacks, that one is limited to monsters, but this one can only be used if there are no monsters on the opponent's field that can be destroyed by battle (and he can be sent to GY), so it has both advantages and disadvantages.
Explosive power aside, as long as there is a big difference in usability, I have to say that it is a very tough existence.
