Unaffected by other cards' effects. You can detach 1 material from this card; for the rest of this turn, all monsters your opponent controls lose 1000 ATK, also your opponent cannot activate cards or effects. If this card has a "Raidraptor" monster as material, it gains this effect.
●Once per turn, during the End Phase: You can make all monsters your opponent controls lose 1000 ATK, also if your opponent controls no face-up monsters, inflict 1000 damage to your opponent.
Congratulations on first place.

It can be said that it is allowed to exist because it has a versatile natural enemy called Lightning.
Above all, being able to pop out 3500 RBIs with just 2 cards without being affected by card effects is crazy.
Moreover, even if he is destroyed by Lightning or something like that, he will come out of GY again with Skip Force.
In addition, you can stack Seven Shins on this guy.

Because of the existence of Zero God Rage in the form of King Shiui and the President, I thought that King Hui (President) would not appear. Are you here to go to work as an executive?
Fiend Level 10, one of the few, is required.
However, since it is possible to stack summons from any DD D, summoning itself is easy with DD.
Although there are few, there are level 10 DDs, so it's not impossible to normal summon.
In addition to 3000 ATK and DEF, you can remove the activated monster as an X material by triggering the activation of the opponent's monster effect. Because it is an X material, it is easy to block her GY activation.
Although the effect is not negate, there is no turn limit, so it has a high restraining power.
However, the materials used are as many as 2, and Dark Contract is required unless it is a DD/X with X materials. However, the Dark Contract is often the cost of other beings, such as Lamia. If you want to use it aggressively, I recommend stacking summons from DD/X.
3 is an effect that moves to the P zone, but it is slow to activate during standby, so whether or not you want to use it depends on the situation.
In the P zone, the effect is not bad at scale 10, but as mentioned above, it tends to take a lot of time to place it in the P zone, so I think it's practically a bonus.
Other than its effect, it can also be used as a trigger for Temujin and Alexander.
It's a bit quirky, but a DD that can keep monster effects in check is valuable, and I think it's an excellent card that raises the value of DD/X.

It's not an overestimate, it's 10 points
Easy to put out, status, resistance, illustration ad are all wonderful
Train decks often use 《Heavy Freight Train Derricrane》as material, so free chain resistance can also be removed.
Also, if you use 《Express Train Trolley Olley》as a material, you will get 4000 RBI, so you can compensate for the low RBI.
Exactly a card suitable for ☆ 10 × 2
