▶︎ Deck	9.6 （27）	Number F0: Utopic Draco Future Xyz Monster Effect Monster
		-	-	Warrior	3000	2000
3 Xyz Monsters with the same Rank, except "Number" monsters (This card's original Rank is always treated as 1. This card is always treated as a "Utopic Future" card.) You can also Xyz Summon this card by using "Number F0: Utopic Future" you control as material. (Transfer its materials to this card.) Cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects. Once per turn, when your opponent activates a monster effect (Quick Effect): You can detach 1 material from this card; negate the activation, then, if that monster is on the field, gain control of it.

The honorable first place went to "Number F0: Utopic Draco Future"!

A phony monster with tremendous control power once it's out.
It's not uncommon for the opponent to be unable to do anything just by making this guy stand in the first attack.
However, it is a business trip ace that is difficult to put out with Hope Deck and easy with Zoodiac or LL.
To be honest, I think one of the following should have been removed: "negate battle destruction", "negate effect destruction", "negate the effect of the opponent's monster", or "permanently take control of that monster if negate". Even though the frequency of using it for inflation has decreased, I would like to see monsters with excessive suppression power like this banned.

	Rating Score	Card Name Card-Type
Rating Score	Attribute	Level	Type	ATK	DEF
▶︎ Deck	8.1 （34）	Number F0: Utopic Future Xyz Monster Effect Monster

2 Xyz Monsters with the same Rank, except "Number" monsters (This card's original Rank is always treated as 1.) Cannot be destroyed by battle, and neither player takes any battle damage from attacks involving this card. At the end of the Damage Step, if this card battled an opponent's monster: You can take control of that opponent's monster until the end of the Battle Phase. If this face-up card on the field would be destroyed by a card effect, you can detach 1 material from this card instead.

The second place that narrowly missed first place was "Number F0: Utopic Future"

Like Tsiolkin, it has a different rank according to the rules, but it is ranked 0 on the notation, so Konami's fan service is overflowing.
Requires 2 Xs other than No of the same rank for material designation. With Deck, which is heavy but has excellent deployment power, it is not so difficult.
Although it has 0 offense and defense, it is strong in battle due to its effect, and it is an effect typical of Yuma that makes friends without defeating them. Since it does not use materials other than effect destruction resistance, it is easy to use for resurrection and irregular summons.
However, if there are no monsters on the opponent's field, it can't work well, and there are many ways to remove and negate resistance other than destruction, so it's not something you can rely on.
The performance of this card is by no means bad, but it is used in the same way as the original hopeful emperor, as it serves as a stepping stone for the future Dragon King, who has more powerful performance.

When you buy a pack, it will come out and peel it off without permission, but I feel that the rarity of the cards that come out is low, such as NNRNNRNN.
Putting that aside, although he is designated as Xyz Monster other than No., it doesn't mesh with the effect that assumes that No. Monster is in her GY.
So, I have no choice but to stack it on the future emperor Hope, but then there is the future dragon emperor...
