Plunder Emperor Hope. Since it is not reprinted, the price fluctuates a little, but it is one of the expensive cards. Currently, his deck that uses this card is only about LL, and since it requires development power to use this card, it cannot be used in a deck that Xyzes for the time being. However, it is difficult to defeat when the monster effect negate & capture + destruction resistance is issued, and it is a representative of the suppression monster.

Its effect is unstable, but it's powerful to be able to attack while reducing the number of monsters by stealing the opponent's monsters. The problem is that if you get a veiler or a breakthrough, it will be in a wonderfully disappointing state of 0 RBIs, and you can't take away the troublesome Hope the Lightning, so this score is relatively fatal.

Ordinary material designation looks very heavy, but it's actually not a big deal because it can be done at level 4 x 2.
It has a double attack effect that can't be direct, but the conditions for increasing the RBI are strict, and it's hard to extend it until you can fight a low-ranking attacker instead of aiming for a high RBI.
It is possible to rely on the numbers issued by the other party, but even in the days when Xyz was the world of Extras, it was difficult to rely on the other party's Numbers. So I can't use it at all.
Even so, it had the advantage of being a card that could steal a lot of his LP in a 4x2, but with the same summoning conditions, he would have to put a double-up chance in his deck, but he would quickly turn to murderous intent. It was a big headwind that the double that was done came out.
