An evolved form that can be layered on Number F0: Utopic Future. It's not a weak effect, but compared to its pre-evolution version, which had the drawback of being difficult to use, it has 3000 RBI, destruction resistance to battles and effects, monster effect negate + control seizure, and has strong elements that are easy to understand. It became a stable suppression card. Don't call me NTR Emperor Hope.
Even before the evolution, the material is heavy, but there are many decks of his that can be produced in modern times. Unlike before evolution, there are 3 materials at the time of emergence, and it does not wear out due to destruction resistance, so it is easy to make use of the 4000 effect of Gagagaga Magician, but since the battle resistance disappears, there is a risk of retaliation. Note.
Note that Decks such as Infernity and Undead Loop, which generate infinite materials when comboed, can also fulfill summoning conditions that do not overlap. Many people target the future emperor for elimination, but depending on his opponent's deck, if you don't eliminate the future dragon emperor, you can build a completely unchanged control board.

Effect Monster

2 Xyz Monsters with the same Rank, except "Number" monsters
(This card's original Rank is always treated as 1.)
Cannot be destroyed by battle, and neither player takes any battle damage from attacks involving this card. At the end of the Damage Step, if this card battled an opponent's monster: You can take control of that opponent's monster until the end of the Battle Phase. If this face-up card on the field would be destroyed by a card effect, you can detach 1 material from this card instead.

The second place that narrowly missed first place was "Number F0: Utopic Future"

Like Tsiolkin, it has a different rank according to the rules, but it is ranked 0 on the notation, so Konami's fan service is overflowing.
Requires 2 Xs other than No of the same rank for material designation. With Deck, which is heavy but has excellent deployment power, it is not so difficult.
Although it has 0 offense and defense, it is strong in battle due to its effect, and it is an effect typical of Yuma that makes friends without defeating them. Since it does not use materials other than effect destruction resistance, it is easy to use for resurrection and irregular summons.
However, if there are no monsters on the opponent's field, it can't work well, and there are many ways to remove and negate resistance other than destruction, so it's not something you can rely on.
The performance of this card is by no means bad, but it is used in the same way as the original hopeful emperor, as it serves as a stepping stone for the future Dragon King, who has more powerful performance.

GY's numbers increase her ATK, so you can use cards that are mainly used at the end of the duel, or stack them on revived Hope, etc., and hit them with high firepower. If you specialize, you can increase your firepower by fertilizing with Zabolg at once. You can also attack twice, so you can wipe out her LP at once.
Also, the biggest advantage of this card is the wide range of cards that can be stacked, so if you have a chance, you can pop it out and kill your opponent.
