Strength

The above combo shows roughly how Bilgamesh, Saifleet, and Executive Caesar line up.
Saifleet negates Spell Trap once, Executive Caesar negates card effects including Special Summon twice, and increases the ATK of the DD on the field by 1800 twice. Or even if it is destroyed by an effect, you can Special Summon DD from GY and EX Deck, and you can revive GY's DD with Abyss P effect, so I think the defense is solid. I think it's also strong that if Caesar is sent to her GY, you can search for the Dark Contract.
With Birgamez's effect of placing DD Pendulum Monster in the P zone, by placing Abyssla Glarok in the P zone, the range of development was expanded. However, if you use Birgamesh's effect, you can only Special Summon DD monsters, so it's a pity that you can hardly get Crystal Wings.

Weakness

The bill consumption is intense. Even if you can build a board, it's a pain that you don't have a hand to counterattack if it's destroyed.

Customize

Since it's meant to be a mid-level fan deck, I've only included G that proliferates hand triggers. I think he's a bit more serious and can be a deck if you add a hand trigger monster.
Also, since most of the EX Deck is DD, I think it would be a good idea to try putting in monsters that can be deployed, such as Harifiber!
