I think it's a big matter of taste in this area. The same can be said for 《Blackwing - Steam the Cloak》.

Weakness

That said, I can't deny the feeling that it won't be stable unless you can use the effect of Beat, Bladesman Fur Hire on the first move.
When I think about sealing Special Summon, I can't build a deck like [Fur Hire], so I'm giving up on that part.

Customize

It would be really painful if the initial summoning right would be destroyed by a Counter Trap or something like that, so I thought about 《Chain Summoning》, but it's still painful because the number of cards in my hand is still low.
If you want to specialize in 《Folgo, Justice Fur Hire》, you can put in 《Speedroid Terrortop》, but if the number of impurities increases, Fur Hire monsters will be relatively difficult to draw, so we are waiting to see what happens.
