Playing

《《Majesty's Fiend》》... A card like 《Angel O7》at level 6.
It's called Monarch, but it's basically a Deck that overwhelms you with 《Majesty's Fiend》and 《Qliphort》.
◎Since the stats are 2400/1000, you can search with 《Return of the Monarchs》. It can also be used as the cost of 《Tenacity of the Monarchs》.
◎ Since it disables the effect of Effect Monster, it can be used without problems even when combined with 《Qliphort》.
◎The fact that you can't activate effects means you can ruin troublesome hand triggers such as 《Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring》and 《Ghost Rabbit》. By the way, it's a permanent effect, so you can't chain it, so you can't even throw an trigger when summoning it. However, the proliferating G and he cannot use Qliphort's effect either.
◎ If you have 《Monarch King's Parade》, you can Tribute Summon without Qliphort.

Strength

Requires 《Return of the Monarchs》.
Advantages and disadvantages of 《Return of the Monarchs》
Advantages . This stat is consistent with his Qliphorts other than Qliphort Scout, and when there is Qliphort Scout on the field, it's time to search for 2 Monarchs or Qliphorts every turn.
Disadvantage . . . As long as it's a Continuous Spell, there's always the danger of being destroyed by something like "Ghost Rabbit". Since I can't Special Summon monsters from the EX Deck, I can't P summon his Qliphort in the EX Deck.
Based on these things, I will explain the movement of Deck.
Put 《Return of the Monarchs》and preferably 《Qliphort Scout》, summon Qliphort from hand → Tribute Summon another Qliphort or Monarch, 《Majesty's Fiend》→ Search for Qliphort or Monarch, 《Majesty's Fiend》with Kaiwan → Next turn, search for P Summon or Tribute Summon.
If you activate 《Saqlifice》in the middle of this move, you'll get even more ◎
If you play 《Majesty's Fiend》, you will be able to get a powerful lock at that point and disrupt your opponent's development with great momentum.
This move does not rely on the EX Deck, and is basically a move centered on searching.
By destroying 《Return of the Monarchs》with 《Caius the Shadow Monarch》, 《Kuraz the Light Monarch》or 《Qliphort Helix》in the middle of this move, you can P-summon his Qliphort in the EX Deck, so that move might be interesting too.
In Master Rule 4, I feel that P-summoning from your hand is stronger than P-summoning from the EX Deck.

Weakness

As long as you use 《Return of the Monarchs》, you will be side by side with hand accident.
Also, Spell Traps such as 《Evenly Matched》and 《Compulsory Evacuation Device》easily collapse.
If he's a normal Qliphort, he'll be able to bounce back there, but if he has 《Return of the Monarchs》, even if he has a Link Monster, he can't P-summon.
《Return of the Monarchs》can become a hindrance depending on the situation, so be careful when using it.

Customize

Replacement Candidates and Side Candidates
《Skill Drain》... Monarch and Prestige are teary-eyed, but Qliphort's ATK increase and negate the opponent's effects are still strong. However, it's easier to lock a prestige that can't be activated every time.
《Archfiend Eccentrick》... Crack Kaiwan and his opponent's Spell Trap, destroy the opponent's monster normally, so it's a card that can be used enough. However, since the scale is 7, his Qliphort, which is the highest level, cannot be P-summoned.
《PSY Frame Gear γ》and 《PSY-Frame Driver》... A hand trigger that negates the activation of the opponent's effect and destroys it. When activated, a special summon is performed, so if his Qliphort is on the scale, the effect cannot be used, but PSY-Frame Driver can be used as a normal Tribute Summon to earn RBI.
《Performapal Trampolynx》...When the P summon is successful, the card in the opposite P zone is returned to the hand. Allows him to Special Summon monsters other than Qliphort. Also, if you return Qliphort Scout to your hand and activate it again, you will be able to search for another Qliphort.
type... This deck of his will turn into a sandbag at once in case of an accident, so it's nice to be able to block attacks. Waveforce is recommended.
《Pot of Duality》, 《Upstart Goblin》... This deck only has 《Increasing G》or so, so I recommend it.
《Zaborg the Mega Monarch》... When you Tribute Summon, destroy 1 monster, and if the destroyed monster is his LIGHT, send cards from each other's EX Deck to his GY equal to its level and rank. In other words, destroying itself blows 8 cards out of the Deck. Furthermore, if you release Kreis or 《Majesty's Fiend》and Tribute Summon, you can choose which card to send to GY.
However, sending it to GY will give him a chance to revive him, so be careful.
