While blocking the opponent's monster effects with "Skill Drain", beat down with BF that has relatively little impact. Vayu will also be actively used.
・In the second half, just attack hard. Whether Skill Drain is destroyed or not, BF should be able to push things to some extent.

Strength

You're almost guaranteed to win!
The recruit effect makes it easy to secure level 1 and 3 tuners with a good presence.
I think that I can respond to various situations because the support is substantial.
Since GY is fully utilized, please change the deployment depending on the monsters that are falling.

Weakness

It has the following weaknesses, but most of them can be dealt with with 《Icarus Attack》, and it is possible to break through the meta and inflict fatal damage against [Meta Beat] opponents who are difficult to actively gain advantage.
When there is a 《Royal Decree》that blocks that 《Icarus Attack》, other trap cards are blocked, so it can be easily broken through by Synchro Summoning, etc., and it is possible to respond flexibly to most situations.
The absence of this fatal weakness is the greatest strength of [Blackwing].
