Basically, we aim for level 5 or higher monsters + 《Umi》+ 《Sea Stealth Attack》.

The cards that become 《Umi》are 《Legendary City Atlantis》, 《Warrior of Atlantis》and 《Terraforming》.
- Level 5 or higher monsters
Level 5 or higher monsters are 《The Legendary Fisherman III》, 《The Legendary Fisherman II》and 《Citadel Whale》.
《The Legendary Fisherman II》can be Normal Summoned because its level drops by one when 《Umi》is present. Or advance by removing the opponent's monsters with The Monarchs Stormforth.
《Citadel Whale》activates 《Umi》to lower the level by one, and 《The Monarchs Stormforth》eliminates the opponent’s monster, while Normal Summon or 《Card of Demise》effect drops him to GY and revives him with 《Call of the Haunted》.
