Playing

Use traps such as Paleozoic to get in the way of your opponent and keep releasing Rokket that will come out no matter how many times you defeat them, and use Torch Golem or Scapegoat to create his Topologic Bomber all at once!
Every time you Special Summon a Paleozoic with a Topologic Bomber, it's a black hole!

Strength

If there is a Topologic bomber on the field and Paleozoic on GY, every time a trap is activated a black hole will be created. Paleozoic will remain unaffected by monster effects.
If Rokket is destroyed, it will be Special Summoned from the Deck during the End Phase, so the Black Hole will be activated during the End Phase.
Deck is a little heavy with 50 cards, but it's not that hard because there are plenty of draw sources.

Special Summon to the opponent's field, turn the token into a Link Spider, then use it as a proxy, then bounce back to Akashic with Akashic to summon again, then use the token as a proxy to summon a Topologic Bomber.
