Search for her Toon Black Magician Girl in Magician Girls and augment it with Kiwi. Overwhelm the enemy with Extrio or Final Warrior and aim for beatdown with direct attacks.

Strength

About soul absorption.
Toon Kingdom has the effect of excluding 3 cards from the back when activated, and instead of destroying the Toon Monster, it has the effect of excluding the top of her deck, so you can expect recovery everywhere.
It works well with 《Pot of Desires》, which was put in to search for Kingdom, and if you can recover the amount removed by Gordon, it will be exactly 5000, which will be the cost of Devifla. In addition, Toon Black Magician Girl requires one cost for her Special Summon, so you can make use of Debifla standing in the field.
The ideal flow is soul absorption → Gordon → Devifla effect → Extrio Special Summon → Activate Toon Kingdom → Release Devifla and Toon Black Magician Girl Special Summon
If you summon "The Last Warrior from Another Planet" while Toon Kingdom and her Toon Black Magician Girl are standing, you can lock and hope for a beatdown with a direct attack.
You can change your hand with chocolate, and release a magician girl in a suitable place with lemon to search for Toon Black Magician Girl.
To be honest, Apple is hard to use, but I can salvage the girls I used for cost from GY, so I used two copies at the last minute.
I wanted to use all 6 normal black magician girls, and I used one in the sense of contributing to the increase in RBI with kiwi.

Weakness

You can't do anything when the Toon Kingdom is broken.
Let's protect it by all means.
Since there are not many monsters on the field, it is quite difficult to return if the Toon Kingdom is broken and Toon Black Magician Girl is taken with you.

Customize

You can use Toon cards, so you can roll back to attack twice, or use 《Comic Hand》to steal the cost of her Toon Dark Magician Girl from your opponent. In the previous recipe, it was loaded, but this time it is removed from the main in order to prioritize the suppression method first.
